Our solutions

Hardware and network management

Comprosoft BV provides tailored solutions for accounting, management and IT infrastructure support. From one PC at one location to multiple connected sites with their users and devices, we provide expert installation, monitoring and maintenance of hardware and software.

Software development

We develop CPSolution, our own ERP software for invoicing across different sectors, with an integrated point of sale and ticketing system. It supports Peppol invoicing. We have worked with software development teams in India for many years and deliver your projects with dedicated teams.

Accounting and administration software

With many years of experience, we advise on accounting software from several providers. Comprosoft is an authorised reseller of Exact Online, Exact Venice and Exact Multivers. As a Scansys reseller, we offer ImageCapture to connect accounting with multi-level approvals and import invoices directly into your accounts.

Microsoft Office 365

Office 365 provides a complete email solution with Exchange Online, replacing an in-house mail server with a cloud service. You do not need a fixed IP address or an expensive server, while retaining the same capabilities. Work in Outlook or webmail, with online versions of Word and Excel.

Cloud servers, hosting and domain names

With cloud services from Combell and TransIP, you no longer need to maintain an in-house server that may be vulnerable to power failures or inadequate backups. You get a virtual server with the processing power, memory and storage capacity you need.

Business network security

We protect business networks with antivirus software, firewalls and appropriate network security. We can also help reduce the impact of power failures, for example with battery backup systems.
